Tanya Coury

With ten years of experience selling real estate, Tanya Coury offers her clients knowledge, enthusiasm and resourcefulness second to none. Specializing in residential sales, Tanya is especially gifted at finding opportunities for investment, and staging homes for sellers.

Tanya began her career at Keller Williams where she was named Rookie of the Year her inaugural year, and where she remained a top producer for half a decade. Also licensed in Louisiana, Tanya's favorite part of selling real estate is helping people to relocate and seeing their faces light up when they buy their first home. The friendships she has formed with her clients is the true reward of her job.

Tanya's talents do not end in real estate. She is also a singer/songwriter and actress, her stage name is Toree Montgomery. She performed with The TSU Toranodoes as lead female singer in their band and played many venues, including the Kemah boardwalk for 7 years. Currently she is the lead vocalist of an eclectic acoustic group called Where the Girls Are. Tanya's acting career has given her the opportunity to work with talents such as Queen Lateifa, Katie Holmes, Diane Keaton and Stephen King.

A lover of animals, Tanya owned several grooming shops and raised AQHA Cutting Horses early in her professional life. Tanya currently lives on the water on the north shore of Clear Lake. She has two children and three grandchildren who live in and around the Houston area. In her free time she enjoys fishing, photography, fundraising and spending time in the local music scene.
